September Book Haul

IMG_3212.jpg

So I bought WAY TOO MANY books this month. 21 total, which you would not believe the struggle of trying to stack all those up and carry them around. But I just couldn’t help it. Once I come back to school, there’s a great used book store near me and every time I got with Emiy @ EmiesNook I always leave with at least 2 or 3 books (usually more). Recently I’ve been trying to get books I love that I have on kindle but not in hard copy so I’ve been looking for TMI and IFD books when they have them plus the 5th Wave Series and The Darkest Minds. But of course, they also always have books I’ve heard of so I usually leave with something I’ve wanted to read as well and then there were some good releases this month like Empire of Storms and Crooked Kingdom which I preordered forever ago so long story short I bought A LOT of books this month. They included:

  • City of Fallen Angels
  • Daughters of Gods and Monsters
  • Daughters of Smoke and Bone
  • Before the Fall
  • Lady Midnight
  • Six of Crows
  • The Winners Curse
  • The 5th Wave
  • The Infinite Sea
  • City of Glass
  • In the Afterlight
  • This is what Happy Looks Like
  • Empire of Storms
  • City of Lost Souls
  • Between the Lines
  • Off the Page
  • Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
  • Crooked Kingdom
  • The Last Star
  • Three Dark Crowns
  • The Book Thief

Like I said, way too many books and what a struggle to put my camera on a timer and hold them all!

What’s your favorite book you bought this month? Comment below!

Thanks for Reading!

Woooow. That’s an amazing stack of books. I can imagine how hard it was to hold every single on of them, haha
At least the photo turned out amazing!
I’m so jealous of people who has used or half price bookstors. I can imagine myself going crazy in there, hehe

Ya used book stores are a life saver or else I would never be able afford half of those. And getting that photo required some skill of setting a camera timer, picking up books and then hopefully not dropping any but I can tell you it definitely took a couple tries.

WOOOO! So many amazing books! Three Dark Crowns and Lady Midnight are on my list to read but I haven’t had time to get to them. I’ll admit, seeing you hold all of those books made me jealous. I’m trying to focus on reading books I have, but I can’t help but want more.

Wow, that is a HUGE stack of books! You picked some really awesome books, too! I see you got In the Afterlight… does that mean that you’ve read The Darkest Minds & Never Fade? That is one of my all time favorite series!! I hope you enjoy! I honestly don’t think I could hold all those books up like that lol. By the way, your featured image, with the candle and the sign that says “Go Away, I’m reading” is really pretty! I wish I could take pretty bookish photos like that. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Well your photo turned out gorgeous and I seriously wish I could do that. I signed up for Instagram hoping I can work on some pretty photos and keep practicing but I haven’t had time yet. Maybe one day. ๐Ÿ˜Š

What a stack! I wish we had a used bookstore around me. When I was a kid we had a ton, but then Borders and B&N moved in. There are a few in the downtown area but the sell antique books, not the ones I’m looking for.
